Re: [SLUG] Android PC's for hacking
I got one in the office - delivery was fast and it seems to work OK. Haven't had a chance to put Ubuntu on it yet, but it seems like a plausable option for some uses. Thin client perhaps. -- Regards, Dave Kempe - Original Message - > From: "David Lyon" > To: "SLUG" > Sent: Wednesday, 4 July, 2012 10:59:38 AM > Subject: [SLUG] Android PC's for hacking > > I stumbled upon these: > > http://www.aliexpress.com/product-gs/575789804-MK802-Android-4-0-Mini-PC-Thumb-Drive-Android4-0-IPTV-Smart-HD-Player-wholesalers.html > -- > SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ > Subscription info and FAQs: http://slug.org.au/faq/mailinglists.html > -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ Subscription info and FAQs: http://slug.org.au/faq/mailinglists.html
Re: [SLUG] Android PC's for hacking
Hmm... maybe serendipity... Just today I started looking for a wifi gadget to set up a wifi music system for several rooms at work. I guess you could use VLC and stream from a central server to several of these connected to powered speakers? Or is there an easier way to do it? [SLUG] fixing wrong search result?
somehow, I have a situation(1) where google search for 'aaa' tld locates 'bbb' tld as first hit, followed by (correct) 'aaa' hits so, searching for 'aaa' tld and clicking on 1st hit, takes you to bbb.tld is there anything I can do to 'speed up' fixing this ? (1)(as a consequence of virtual server mis config, since fixed, where 'aaa' html files ended in 'bbb') -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ Subscription info and FAQs: http://slug.org.au/faq/mailinglists.html
