Announce: Handbrake encoder

2016-10-07 Thread Jacob Zimmermann
Hi all,

I have built a snap package of the Handbrake video encoder. The package
name is handbrake-jz.

ATTENTION: to use it you MUST run the following command after
installation, otherwise it will not work:

sudo snap connect handbrake-jz:process-control ubuntu-core:process-control

Optionally, to access external devices from handbrake, for example to be
able to rip DVDs etc., you must also run:

sudo snap connect handbrake-jz:mount-observe ubuntu-core:mount-observe

Regards,

oops, but indeed the option should be:

-redir tcp:14200::4200

i.e. the kvm side still needs to listen to 4200.
