Please send false positive reports only from an authorized address - usually the official address associated with your license IDs.
Our FP processing system may filter out reports that do not appear to be correct.
That said, we don't go out of our way to punish folks who miss a step. If we have time then we (usually I) will attempt to verify and process an FP report that was not sent in correctly. Just don't count on it. As we grow it may become necessary to always skip this step.
On some days we get LARGE VOLUMES of spam through the false@ reporting system. On those days, we don't look at submissions that have not bee properly recognized.
