  Subject: [RCSE] Assembly Cradle

Looking for plans that will allow me to assemble my sailplane w/o having
to sit/knee on the ground(Arthur has visited me). I remember sometime back
someone had something that that had a stake of some time driven into the
ground and the cradle perched on top end of the stake. I'm flying both 2 and
3 piece wings planes.

  TIA

  Stan

Here's a big second to the Horvath Habit. He does great work and is a man
of his word.

 Anker,

I have found the best thing is to just call Lazlo Horvath and give him the
details of my wing and about a week later I get a set of cores that are
always perfect. I found that at the price he charges it barely cost more
than cutting my own after I accounted for wasted foam from mistakes here
and
there and my best cores never even compared to his. Just my two cents on
the matter. Here is the URL to his website.

You still have to sand and polish the burn area. I found CNC cut ones
out
of .030 to .0625 paper phenolic were the best.

I am looking for someone to laser cut foam cutting templates. I can
supply
the templates in 3D CAD formats or as CompuFoil files.

  Thanks/Anker
