Folks, My wife and I will be leaving for Ukraine February 6th to adopt our new child. There have been many changes to the adoption process in the last few months and Americans were told not to go there in January by the US consulate. We will be the first family to go there for adoptions since all of these changes have been made. There are a lot of unknowns so it should be quite an adventure.
