Cliff, there was a lot of discussion recently on the exchange about this new
digital incidence meter but I did not keep a record of the source. I'll bet
when this note hits the exchange there will be a reply for you to work with.

I there a web site where I can look at the digital incidence meter?
 Thanks,

To all Sailplane and Electric Sailplane Mavens:

Barry and Karen are on the road from Texas to Toledo as you read this and
will be returning to Texas on the wednsday after this weekend to take care
of the customers waiting for them to return home.

Plan on stopping at the Kennedy Composites booth at Toledo to look at all of
the standard sailplane items that Karen and Barry have been supplying that
you already expect including Volz servos, Avas, Super Avas, and all molded
 Graphite 2's.

Barry will have a sale on Blasters and will also show the Photon II. He also
 has a new 1.8 m speed 400 F5J electric sailplane.

The new Picolario with GPS and the digital incidence meter that was the
center of attention on this exchange recently will be on display.

Also raffle tickets for a new Supra donated by Barry and Karen to support
the USA F3J team and F3J shirts will be available at the Kennedy Composites
booth. Jack Iafret, Bob Burson and I will be supporting the Kennedy's at
 their booth.

You'all come on down to Toledo and visit the Kennedy Booth.

[RCSE] Kennedy Composites DLG,2m RES Hot at SWC

2005-02-06 Thread GordySoar

If my info is correct DP won! I am guessing with his home brew giant spot
dorker ish plane.
RES seems to have been AVA in the top spots.
The DLG all up last down, was apparently a Blaster 1,2,3.

I am thinking that Edgar was flying another Kennedy Composites (Vladimir
Models) Organic 2m for second place...but I'm sure someone is going to post some
results..sooner or later.

Lets hope the report has what they flew in it :-)

Gordy
Storkenstein flew in Louisville today, sweet
ship

Re: [RCSE] Kennedy Composites DLG,2m RES Hot at SWC

2005-02-06 Thread Justin Ammon

Well, since I did not place in the wood it really doesn't matter, but I
flew a 2M Sagitta 600 (24 year old woody) in RES to a 6th place finish.
Should have entered it in 2M for first place, but I thought it would be fun to
fly in the larger class. It was nice to be battling in the top 2-3 in RES
with this wonderful, if not classic, ship and still be competitive. In
typical Justin (JustOn) form I blew the last RES round to take a drop of 4-5
places. No one to blame but myself.

Just thought I'd give myself a pat on the back.

Thanks to Darwin for CD'inga great contest and to Brian Carpenter for
all of his VERY hard work as well.

Also, the 'Hands Free Retrievers that were provided byRick Bothell
and Dan Vester really are a work of art. I am sure more comments on these
great retrievers will be shared.

The CASLevent workers also deservekudos and a pat on the
back. Great work everyone!
