[RCSE] Pike Perfect for Sale
Guys, I have a Pike Perfect SL for sale. It is brand new still not assembled. The plane is Safety Yellow over Dark Purple. This color is going to really pop for visibility, and overall the plane is striking. The fuse is a 2.4GHz friendly version. The Super Light configuration is really outstanding for US Thermal Duration and light air F3j. I also have (3) JR 3421 servos with Greening mounts for the flaps and elevator and (1) JR368 servo for the rudder. All the servos are brand new. I would consider building this plane for you if desired. With the Euro still climbing these planes are going to push the $1800 mark soon if not already. I am asking $1725 for the plane, and wholesale price for the servos and mounts (DS3421s @ $75ea and DS368 @ $60). I will sell the servos separately. This plane wont last so please give me a call ASAP if you are interested. Mike Verzuh RMSA President (303) 709-3232

All, I still need to make room for new additions, so I'm putting a Carbon 68 Pike up for sale. This plane is loaded with everything, and all you need do is drop in your receiver and fly. Here are the details: * Carbon 68 layup, very strong will handle any launch you can throw at it. * JR 3421 Digital Servos in the Elevator and Flaps * JR 368 Digital Servos in the Rudder and Ailerons * Plane is in pristine condition and is less than 6 months old * Color is light violet over dark violet. Ok it is pink on top, but the color really pops in the air, and you won't get lost in a crowd, and further you don't have to be a manly man (or lady:-)) to fly this color. It is really striking. * Top notch Lenny Keer build with all the details * Custom nose skeg designed to stop you even in Phoenix, and it won't break * 76 ozs. * Phillip Kolb joiners in addition to standard joiners (If you haven't flown the Pike with these you are missing out!) With the increase in the Euro and Oil prices up you will not be able to outfit a Pike for this deal any more. I have close to $2400 into this plane, and I am asking $2175. Looks good on the flight line too! Contact me and I'll send you more photos.

[RCSE] Pike Perfect for sale, 9.9 out of 10
Well guys, I have gone head first into F3b, I have a new plane, and a new winch on order, so I am selling my Pike Perfect. The Perfect is less than a year old, with absolutely no damage. I will have to pull it out the glider bag to inspect it for scratches, but this thing is in great shape. Gear- Only the best here. All JR digitals, 368s on the ailerons and rudder, 3421s on the elevator and flaps. 4 cell 2500 miamp NIMH battery, and an Airtronics receiver. Extras- I had carbon socks added to the flaps and ailerons for extra stiffness, so this thing laughs at a strong winch, mono, of F3J tow. It comes with a custom carbon nose skeg. It is also painted in a custom color scheme, with a red fuselage, and red over white wings and tail. The pictures below are from the maiden flight. I will be flying it for the last time at the SWC in Phoenix. So pick up there, or anywhere in southern California. Hand Delivery is preferred. Shipping only considered if no one wants is around here (read not likely). I have it programmed for use with both my Airtronics Stylus as well as my JR 9303, so I can transfer either program to you. Truly a turn key plane. I am asking $1800 for it all, serious offers only. This thing is built to my normal level of reliability, so buy it and fly it for years with no concerns. djklein (at) ucsd (dot) edu Thanks, David Klein Pictures at rcgroups.com http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=815408 -- David Klein Graduate Research Student Department of Structural Engineering Jacobs School of Engineering University of California San Diego
