RE: [RCSE] multiplex radio charging

I was surprised to find that my Hitec CG335 charger does not require that
the 3030's diode be jumpered.

Order a Multiplex adaptor from Peak Eletronics. I think they cost $10.
One of the big advantages of Multiplex transmitters is that they work with
the Sirius Charge without having to modify the transmitter. This was the
major factor that made me decide to standerize on Multiplex Cockpit rather
than the Hitec Eclipse. The other factor was I like the feel and balance
of the Cockpit transmitter while the Eclipse feels heavy and unbalanced.
Both would handle all the sailplanes I currently fly or expect to build. I
used the Eclipse at Visalia on Saturday and the Cockpit on Sunday. Then I
decided to sell all my other two stick transmitters and buy a second
Cockpit for a backup system.
