What's the problem? I have a 642, and to use separate servos for ailerons, you have to enter the setup mode by holding both program buttons down while turning on the radio, and then select 'flaperons' I think. Then plug one aileron into the aileron and one into the flap (ch6) and it should work. The manual is pretty helpful and will tell you which servo (left/right) is which.
