ಬಹುಶಃ  ನನ್ನ ಆಶಯವನ್ನು  ಆಕಾಶ್ ರವರು  ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಂತಿದೆ.  ನಾನು-  ಒಬ್ಬ  ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ
 ಒಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ನ್ನು  ಜಡ್ಜ್   ಮಾಡುವ  ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು  ಅಂದರೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ
 ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ  ಲೋಪವನ್ನು  ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ  , ತಾವು  ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ  ತರಗತಿ
 ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು  ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಸಂತೋಷ .  ಅನೇಕರು  ತಮ್ಮ  ತಮ್ಮ  ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು
 ವ್ಯಕ್ತ ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಈಗೀಗ  ಅನೇಕ  ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು  ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು
ಸಂತೋಷವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ  ಕೆಲವು  ಚರ್ಚೆಯಿಂದ  ನಾನೂ  ಒಂದಷ್ಟು  ತಿಳಿಯುವಂತಾಯಿತು.

ಸಂತೋಷ ಸರ್ ,  ಕೇರಳ  ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು  ನಾನು  ಬಹಳ  ಹತ್ತಿರದಿಂದ
 ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.  ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ   ನಾವೆಲ್ಲಇರುವುದು  ಕೇರಳದಿಂದ 10  ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್
ಅಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ.  ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ  ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕ  ಮತ್ತು  ಅದನ್ನು ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ  ಅಳವಡಿಸುವ  ರೀತಿ
 ಬಹಳ  ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವಿದೆ.
ನನಗೆ  2005 ರ  ಎನ್ ಸಿ ಎಫ್   ಮೂಲ  ಕರಡನ್ನು  ಓದುವ  ಅವಕಾಶವಾಗಿತ್ತು.  ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ
 ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದ  ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ  ನೀತಿಗೂ  ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ  ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ  ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ  ಪಧ್ಧತಿಗೂ
 ಅಜಗಜಾಂತರ   ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ವಿದೆ.  ನನ್ನ  ಪ್ರಕಾರ  ಅದನ್ನು  ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ
ಅಳವಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ   ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣ  ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣದ  ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯೇ  ಭಿನ್ನವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು.
 ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವ  ಆಶಯದ  ಶೇಕಡಾ 20 ರಷ್ಟು  ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ  ಅಳವಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ
 ನನಗನ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಬಹುಶಃ  ನಮ್ಮ  ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ  ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕೆ  ಅದೇ  ಕಾರಣವಿರಬಹುದು.

  ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ  ಕಲಿಕೆ  ಹೇಗೆ  ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ  ಸಂಬಂದಿಸಿದ
  ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯೊಂದರಲ್ಲಿ   ಇಂಡೋನೇಷಿಯಾ  ಕ್ವಾಲಿಟಿ  ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ಕೊಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ  ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ
  ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು  ನೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ  ಓದಿದೆ.   ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ  ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು  ಗಮನಿಸಿದರೆ
 ಅಲ್ಲಿ  ಹತ್ತನೇ  ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗೆ  ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣ ೆ ಎನ್ನುವ  ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪಣೆಯೇ  ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ
  ಅದು  ಹೇಗೆ  ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
 ಅಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ  ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ  ಪಧ್ಧತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ  ಲೋಪವಿದೆ ಎನ್ನೋಣವೇ?

is abolished, it is good for us too. Then what alternative can u suggest
the learning of a child? What can make a child interested in learning?
Let's discover over it. Because if any newer and effective method is there,
we shall discuss and try to implement it. I also agree , change is a part

 support exam system. Because, it ensures learning of a child. Otherwise,
 many of the children will be simply comers and goers to the school. They
 don't care about studies or their future at least. Then is there any
 bye-law which refuses schooling to a failed student? I don't think there is
 any. Examination doesn't mean that a boy should get 100% marks. There is a
 criteria of 35 marks. If a boy fails to attain that minimum criteria, and
 the foundation itself is weaker, how can u go further?

ಸರ್? 7 ವರ್ಷ ಅಕ್ಷರ ಕಲಿಯದ ಮಗುವನ್ನು 3 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಷರ ಕಲಿಸಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಠಗಳನ್ನು
ಕಲಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ? ಗಿಡವಾಗಿ ಬಗ್ಗದ್ದು ಮರವಾಗಿ ಬಗ್ಗಿ ತೇ?
