Re: [Soekris] new to list - Thank you!
Hi List & Carl, please remember that the Transcend 16GB MLC mSATA SSD will not fit in the net5501. The mSATA device owns a mini PCIe interface, which is not present on the net5501. Perhaps you should better use a 2,5" SATA or IDE SSD with one of the Soekris HDD mounting kits. If this is about the software needed for configuration, I can highly recommend "vuurmuur", an ncurses based iptables frontend with a small footprint and very comfortable configuration possibilites. Runs nicely on my 4801 devices although 256M are of course better than 128M RAM. http://www.vuurmuur.org/trac/wiki/ScreenShots Regards, --AvH ___ Soekris-tech mailing list Soekris-tech@lists.soekris.com http://lists.soekris.com/mailman/listinfo/soekris-tech

No Ubuntu to test here, but geode LX does have CMOV support. ___ Soekris-tech mailing list Soekris-tech@lists.soekris.com http://lists.soekris.com/mailman/listinfo/soekris-tech
