Once you have the uvs, in the texture editor, in the Tools Menu, near the
bottom you can find, Transform UV's, this will let you move your uv's in
defined increments.

you can type values and simple expressions directly in the U and V value boxes. 
This goes together with the often overseen “set” icon in the UV editor.
with “set” unchecked the layout will be kept while doing the modification - 
such as offsetting or scaling
with “set” checked, the layout will not be kept as you “set” that value for 
every sample.
