Patch implementing unload, reload and alias in the CoreAdminHandler
Also standardizes on "other" for the other core or other name.
I filled in the Solrj CoreAdminRequest a bit, but it's obviously incomplete
(something I didn't realize when I started).
No tests for this yet (am I missing existing CoreAdminHandler unit tests
somehwere, or do they not exist yet?)
