multicore file creation order

Hi,

When one issues a command
admin/coreaction=CREATEcore=blablainstanceDir=...dataDir=../../foobar
, what gets created first on disk?

Is it the new solr.xml or the new data directory?

Jérôme,

the complete directory structure, including required files, has to be 
created first - manually. the admin/cores will only activate the core 
for solr, that's it :)
