Please resolve the python-ply issue and the revert 9915a80abf22bc7566981ac34f7b757625453e04. By the way spacewalk-schema-1.3.8-1.el6 got built just fine in December and http://koji.spacewalkproject.org/packages/spacewalk-schema/1.3.8/1.el6/data/logs/noarch/root.log shows that python-ply got installed there alright. So something has changed recently.
