I've filed a BZ against this issue.  However, since this issue effectively 
makes Solaris system management impossible, it seems like we can't really claim 
"Solaris Support" in Spacewalk anymore, no?

Nope. Solaris support is in the same state as was in 1.3. We did not touch
it during this release.
