I don't have a log entry available that just shows a bounce without a
successful delivery

I believe the sender server is retrying from what I can tell, users
aren't that good at explaining the details, in some cases they don't
even read the entire message.

I'm wondering if it may have something to do with the

graylist-max-secs 

parameter.
