Use SQL.  You could use a script like Perl or TCL.

Hi,

If i have 2 sqlite files is there a way to merge
the files without corruption? assuming the schema
of both the files are same. 
I don't want to use sql statements rather want to do
using file api's.

Similar to diffdb.c
