I've just discovered that if (within the same shell session) I switch from .mode csv to .mode list, the output remains in csv format. If I instead (or then) switch to .mode column, the result is correct. If I then switch back to .mode list, the output reverts to csv format. It seems like one cannot get list format output if .mode csv has been active within the same session. SQLite 3.7.14.1
