There's a typo in the URL. The last '/' should be a '?':

   http://www.sqlite.org/src/wiki?name=Bug+Reports

Is there a broken link on the website somewhere?

Thanks,
Dan.

Yes I whined to DRH about that too. The good news is that because ticket
creation is limited to a few people the quality is significantly higher and
there are *far* fewer tickets so using the report page isn't much of a
problem. (See the link below for why.)

Try http://www.sqlite.org/src/wiki?name=Bug+Reports

Ok, that page redirects me to the raw list of all issues, which only
displays the title, but does not let me search for words inside the
actual bug description.
While this may be sufficient for many purposes, especially when the
bug report volume is kept low, it's still a bit annoying, since I
can't search for existing reports efficiently (unless I come up with a
similar title as the original report).

I can agree with the decision to not open up bug report creation to
the public, but it'd certainly be very helpful to be able to do a full
search on the bug stack (including descriptions). This would also cut
down mailing list traffic from those of us who _do_ in fact [want to]
search existing bugs before reporting new ones...

You are preaching to the choir :-) You can create a bug report about
this at http://www.fossil-scm.org (Fossil is being used by SQLite).

You can also run fossil yourself and clone the repository. Fossil
includes tickets and wiki as part of the repository.
