Adobe AIR did not include the FTS module. I read in this thread (https://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/webforums/forum/messageview.cfm?forumid=75&catid=697&threadid=1417051&enterthread=y) that they disabled loadable modules.
However, it would have been easy for them to statically include the FTS (and maybe other modules) in the build, right? I will be suggesting that to them in a bug ticket if that's the case but wanted to confirm first.
