Before trying the upgrade I decided to try copying my ACDC folder from the QNAP directly onto the microSD in the pCP, changed the LMS music folder to that new local source and folder T.N.T. was discovered and scanned. Hello people! I am facing a difficulty, I use LMS with Sotm SMS-200, associated with the native TIDAL plugin. I listened to my personal playlists and it worked well for 3 months, a few days started a problem, the able of the albums to be played are no longer appearing, started gradually to the point where no more cover appears, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the TIDAL plugin without success . Has anyone faced similar problem? Could you help me? The version is at 7.9.0 - 0.96.20151016. You should ask the vendor to update LMS. Now that's embarrassing... Global symbol "$updateFile" requires explicit package name (did you forget to declare "my $updateFile"?) at /usr/local/slimserver/Slim/Utils/OS/Custom.pm line 86. I committed a new version of that file. Paul asked about this variable. And I claimed to have had this file in action for weeks. And then I vaguely remember some un-committed changes I reset before pushing... I'll try to check with SOTM, the strange thing is that for 3 months it worked perfectly, I could not relate the problem to any specific event. Just playing around with this myself, had a brand new pCP image just booted with LMS 7.9.0 installed so thought I'd test the update to 7.9.1 and it worked fine. What procedure are you using to update? The updates from github were skipped in this case. I must say that is a major disappointment. Logitech Media Server 7.9.0 won't run on the latest Debian Stable release (6/17/2017, not even a month old). LMS always ran extremely well on slightly older hardware. That was the beauty of it. Purchasing new hardware was never in the plan. Would've been nice if the install highlighted package incompatibilities. You'll just have to spend an hour building the required modules. I didn't include 5.24 binaries for i386 so far lack of requests. Every set of binary I add is a.) some work, and b.) overhead for other platforms. Therefore I tend to wait a bit until I see a need for a given platform. Maybe the cache file is corrupted or something. If you're getting the Wimp symbol, then you're really running old code and should update.
