Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Pandora Keeps Stopping
Is the problem gone by now? We've had a hiccup yesterday which would produce these symptoms. But it should be good again. Tried out your procedures. Worked perfectly. I suppose those "libraries" would refer to that particular search done at that point in time, and I would need to re-search if I'm to update it with newly added music, right? [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Pandora Keeps Stopping
I am struggling to makes sense of a problem with Pandora where it will stop playing after a few songs. Sometimes I can kick start it by pressing the skip arrow. Other times I am dead in the water until I play a different station altogether. The behavior is much like what has been described in this thread: https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?106865-Pandora-stops-playing-after-a-couple-songs. I am running LMS 7.9.1 with a Touch on a home stereo and I use the free Pandora service. I have a gigabit internet connection so that is not the problem and the issue always occurs at the end of a song or commercial, never in the middle. I am curious if I am the only one having this issue and if anyone had found a way to resolve this? august_west's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=37361 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111863 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] TIDAL playback in LMS 8.0 only MP3
After a short break, I tested TIDAL playback with current LMS (8.0.0~1584722669) and everything is ok. :) The bitrate is now displayed as "PCM VBR" and not "MP3" It seems that is was a LMS topic. Just to add to above. I think you only see the "Saved Search" box if you've actually saved a search, as a "Saved Search" in step 6 above. I found it's probably easiest to search for file type, the interface isn't very intuitive, steps below. 1). In "Advanced Search" select "FLAC" from the "file format" dropdown. 2). Select "Albums". 3). Click "Search". 4). On the next screen you should see listed all your FLAC albums, press "Advanced Search" at the top of that page, to get back to the "Advanced Search" page. 5). Give this library a name. 6). Click "As library view". This library should now be listed under "Library Views". Repeat for mp3's or whatever else you fancy.
