Huge appreciation . Today I was in my barn and looked up at an old SB2 thatÂ’s still running (I upgraded from my Slimp3 that still works and looks stylish in a retro way). I turned it on and selected a BBC channel using the new BBCSounds plugin. And I wondered - how many 20 year old media players can cope with all the modern streaming formats (no others likely) and that led me to think about all the hard work (by mostly volunteers) to enable this and to keep this system abreast of technology over the last 20 years. And this evening I saw this post. Big thanks to Michael for sticking with it, and to Erland, Triode, BPA, Charles, Stuart, Philippe, Philip and no doubt dozens of others who have taken the baton over the years and contributed so much creativity and time to get us here. Long may it continue. I'm not sure the OP is really taking the time to understand and try the advice he is given. Regardless, I read back through and @Gordonb3's post #19, second paragraph, could possibly be what is going on, why the OP feels files are missing, needed files are being removed. It might be worth a try to completely uninstall any instances of LMS, even with an uninstall sw (like Revo?), reboot, reboot again :), get a new download (download again) of 8.2 and go from there. Also, not being on windows anymore, is the 32bit/64bit thing relevant? Thank you for all of your input. I like the concept of putting this into favourites as it works for both: albums on local drive and albums from Online Music Libraries. And it works well (with drag&drop) in standard UI on browser - still the UI I am using most beside Squeeze Ctrl on Android. However, there is a little problem. If there is an album with the same name, then it will not be stored. You could make a "Library View" that just shows albums in a specific folder. As a test I created a folder named "Top100" and moved 3 albums into this folder. Clear library and rescan. Using Advanced Search create a Library View with the criteria "Path contains" - Top100.
