Re: [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] strings.bin ...
strings..binstrings.x86_64.bin That's nothing copared to my system :-D strings..bin strings.Apple M1.bin strings.Apple Silicon (x86_64 - Rosetta).bin strings.Apple Silicon (x86_64).bin strings.Apple Silicon.bin And IMHO they all are wrong... if you check the timestamp of the files you'll likely see that the strings..bin is older than the x86_64 version. These are likely the results of my attempts at getting the architecture string for the new Apple Silicon CPUs right. But I should have used arm64 instead of the Apple strings. and in the list of folders to be cleaned in /Library/PreferencePanes/Squeezebox.prefPane/Contents/server/cleanup.sh: Ok, that script hasn't seen any love in many moons... thanks for the hint! ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] strings.bin ...
I noticed something today that can't be correct. In ~/Library/Caches/Squeezebox: Code: $ ls strings* strings..binstrings.x86_64.bin and in the list of folders to be cleaned in /Library/PreferencePanes/Squeezebox.prefPane/Contents/server/cleanup.sh: Code: File::Spec::Functions::catdir($cacheFolder, 'strings.bin'), Looks like the platform is undefined for "strings..bin", and the cleanup code is not accounting for platform variations. Maybe there are other locations that are not correct. [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Parse Comments Tag Contents
Hi everybody, I couldn't find anything in the forum about the possibility to parse the "comments" tag contents (ID3 comment tag or iTunes comments field) ; fo r example I use this filed to write personnel or a record session, divided by a comma: e.g/ Chet Baker, Stan Getz, etc.. Is there anyway to make LMS parsing the contents of this filed and add them to "all artists", or is there a plugin to do so, or doesn't that make any sense at all (fro some reason that I'm missing..) ? Thanks in advance and a happy new year to everybody! mibigo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=71182 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=117317 ___ Squeezecenter mailing list Squeezecenter@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
