In Ubuntu 18.04 (and probably beyond), the correct command is now:

google-chrome --app=http://192.168.1.110:9000 (changing the IP address
to yours).

Followed instructions, and it still will not allow me to move .ape files
into the current playlist.  I am running Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit.
