I'm getting this problem after moving house. (same router, same pc) is there a way round this? I have not had multiple successful logins, but obviously I can log in here.** Please describe "this problem". So after additional testing the squeezebox radio worked fine with mysqueezebox.com when wired. I then changed a setting on my 2.4G wireless band and I can now connect fine via wireless (to mysqueezebox.com). I just have the issue that LMS cannot connect. So with no LMS and connected directly to MySB.com your Radio cannot connect or stream reliably? This would seem to indicate a problem with your ISP or their equipment (modem/router) interfering with the connection. Less likely is a possible WiFi issue. Thanks for the replies. I can confirm that with the server closed, the squeezebox radios still get the red wireless icon and drop out after a few minutes. Restarting them briefly fixes them but they drop out again shortly. The error message is on the LMS interface (account tab), and is when you enter your account information and hit okay or apply. LMS gives me the following error: "An unexpected error has occurred while validating your mysqueezebox.com account. Please make sure your network connectivity is working fine". Might be caused by an update to Win or firewall or anti-virus. Try turning off LMS then reboot Radio. On Radio go to Settings > Advanced > Networking > Switch to MySB.com. Hi All, Firstly thank you for keeping LMS alive :D I have been using LMS on my server(s) for years without a problem then recently I am no longer able to connect to mysqueezebox.com either directly from the squeezebox radio, or when I try in LMS. LMS gives me the following error: "An unexpected error has occurred while validating your mysqueezebox.com account. Please make sure your network connectivity is working fine". Now I have just replaced my ASUS router for a newer model, but this problem was present before the upgrade with the radios giving me the red connectivity icon when steaming from an app. On the diagnostics tab everything is "OK" and I can browser to mysqueezebox (and log in) on the same computer. Any ideas please? PC is running Windows Server Standard 2019.
