[SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] LMS nightly on Mojave

The nightly LMS on macOS Mojave doesn’t seem to start up any more in the
past day or so. I can’t imagine there’s many people running this, but I
thought I would check to see if anyone else is experiencing a similar
problem before I start looking through log files.
