Sounds like some type issue in the router. You should probably report this to the router vendor. [SlimDevices: SqueezeCenter] Picore/LMS opus ogg stream issue
I have a raspberry with Darkice/Icecast generating two streams, one mp3 and one opus ogg. Both streams play from a browser on any device. I entered both addresses as favorites in Picore/LMS. But only the mp3 played. I experimented with different settings in the darkice configuration but nothing helped. The two addresses are as follows: 192.168.1.232:8000/mystream.mp3 192.168.1.232:8000/mystream2.ogg Now here's the weird part. On a whim, I replaced the numeric part of the ogg address with the device name. So now the address was ice2:8000/mystream2.ogg. Now it worked. Why should that be? It's the same stream. I checked in the router settings to make sure the router hadn't changed the numeric address associated with the device name ice2. It had not. Any ideas? Is this an LMS bug or something in the router?
