I replied also to your other thread. Feels like I was fighting exact same issue. Had LMS on 2 different windows PC's and also Raspberry PI all getting the same problem. Thought I was losing my mind. What is the OS of the platform on which LMS is running. If login is using https and Perl support libraries are too old, you may get a problem with https.
