[squid-users] Internet redirection

Hi all,
I've tried to post this a couple of times but it wouldn't go through for
whatever reason...
Anyway, when users try to download anything bigger than a jpg they get a
message:
Redirecting...Generated date and time by servername.domain
(squid/2.6.STABLE22)
It redirects to our intranet which is currently down so it just times out.
Is there a way to stop the redirection?!

[squid-users] squid redirecting attempted downloads

Hey,
First of all I know zero about squid, I'm not even sure this is a squid
related problem.
We are having an issue where users try to download a file (an email
attachment, setup file, etc.) and are redirected to a page on our intranet
that says something about file downloads not being allowed.
The person I took over from here says that it may be something configured
in the squid.conf file.
I found the file but have no idea how to disable or modify this setting.
Could somebody please tell me how to go about this or if it is even
related to the squid proxy?!
