Do you have some acl mechanism (such as username, IP address, etc) to
identify these users? If so, then this is possible in Squid - take a look
at the delay_access settings in your squid.conf.

I've got these acls, and work just fine, but I need symactec and windows 
update
cross trough squid, without other extenssions.

for that reason your it only give the access them to the clients to the 
extensions that are described in the previous lines

Something else to check: if you use Squid from any machine matched 
by the consejo or rosarito acls, then Squid will match and allow 
the connection before it ever gets to the time acls.

Remember that the first rule in http_access that matches will be 
applied; other rules will not be checked.

What is the IP address you are testing from?
