[squid-users] No DNS Records Error
Hi a few days ago working properly squid server ( for more than 15 years) suddenly got a ERROR in user sides. they can`t open any site and get NO DNS RECORDS error on browser. after restarting squid service for a little short time squid works but after that there is no site browsing. Dear simon. I think the problem is in ur ISP: 1- do they cache transparently or by hardware the bandwidth? I think there is writing problem error in temp folder. try chmod for accessing sarg to tmp area. SARG is exteremly CPU and RAM sensitive. I suggest LIGHTSQUID to u. try it. cool. Hi I use freebsd 5.13 for firewall. I setted up squid on it. when I disable my firewall options squid works properlly,, and when I enable it squid works but users can't see port 8080. I need a command probebly with ipfw to freebsd lets users to pass in with 8080. Dear Squid Users; hi, when I run dansguardian it quits or doesn't work. my squid port is 8080, and I have given port number 3128 to filterport. is anything wrong with my config?
