I did not ask for your access.log or configuration. It is not polite to send huge amount of data without asking (I would have been really upset if I was on a dialup connection).
>From your cache.log it is obvious there is some problem with your ncsa_auth setup. Maybe the password file is not readable, no longer existing or something..
