Your init script is broken.
From here did you get that init script?
Until you figure out what is going wrong with the init script try starting 
squid manually.

/path/to/sbin/squid -NY

dear  list, hello,
today my squid is stop. i don't know why.
when i typed #/etc/rc.d/init.d/squid stop
stoping squid   [FAILED]
when i typed #/etc/rc.d/init.d/squid status
squid dead but pid file exists
squid: ERROR: could not send signal 0 to
process 1365: (3) no such process
and my clients can't access internet from my squid server. please help me 
what to do know and why this problem appear and what is the solution of this 
problem.

please help me as soon as possible.

I am afraid I would be looking for easy solutions as
in windows.

Please try restarting your box in order to eliminate
pid info. Maybe fsck through touch /forcefsck is a
good idea.

and service squid restart
