Hello..

are wccp (v2) transparent like tproxy ? with wccp running, destination
www server see ip of the client or proxy ? (client has routable/valid
ip address)

WCCPv2 is just getting traffic to the box. You then use something like TPROXY
to do what you want with it.

TPROXY + WCCPv2 work just fine together.

Hello Alexandre,

WCCP( v2) is used to load balance the traffic with squid server. If you 
configured the TProxy with WCCP(V2),  www server will see the original 
client IP address.
