it returns me an allow
i tried
smb: \>get proxyauth
getting file proxyauth of size 5 as proxyauth (1.0 kb/s) (average 1.0 kb/s)

I think you need to use the get command...

   get proxyauth -

most likely the open command just tries to open the file, but I can not
even find this smbclient command in my copy of the documentation (probably
because my Samba is a bit dated)

most likely the open command just tries to open the file, but I can not 
even find this smbclient command in my copy of the documentation (probably

You need to specify which user to login as, and the service name is only
the share name not the full path of the file.
See the smbclient documentation.
