[SM-USERS] timseive squirrelmail and dberrors
Here is the setup Cyrus 2.2.12-4ubuntu1 squirrelmail 1.4.8-1~dapper1 Avelsieve 1.0 When trying to get install a seive filter using squirrelmail/ Avelsieve I am getting the following error in log mail.err. And the filters are not working. Jan 10 09:37:21 little cyrus/sieve[27954]: DBERROR: error exiting application: Invalid argument This error happens when launching the Avelsieve page. I am able to authenticate against the server using sivtest. So has anyone else had this problem, and what are the fixes, workaround that they have found. Best Eric - Take Surveys. Earn Cash. [SM-USERS] Failed decoding with Maildir
My first squirrelmail issue :) I am using procmail to deliver to Maildir (safecat did not work for me) and I need to deliver mbox or Maildir on a per user basis. I have found (seems especially with rtf) that occasionally / often squirrelmail does not decode the complete attached file - it is truncated. Using mutt imap client on the same mailbox works fine. [SM-USERS] Read only folders
Is squirrelmail bright enough to implement this. Makign my Maildir read-only on the filesystem caused errors when squirrelmail tries to create folders. The real question is, is your IMAP > server bright enough to implement ACLs? > Well okay - I can look at this. The method I tried without complete success was to deliver the mail as another user (with procmail). Then the user who accesses the mail has r only access. Cannot delete move or send messages - just read. This is a special case - not all users obviously. I fiddled around with this on owner and group permissions but did not quite achieve what I wanted. I will regroup (metaphorically) and look at the ACL idea with the IMAP server some time. PS. A read only (or at least restriction from deleting or moving mail) option in the client aint too stupid IMHO. -- Eric Smith --- This SF.net email is sponsored by:Crypto Challenge is now open! [SM-USERS] Display "To:" field in INBOX
Hi I want to display both the `From:' and `To:' Fields in the folder view list in INBOX. How do I achieve that? For example; options -> Index Order ... does not give the `To:' field as an option in fields to add.
