Re: Accucraft's newest
I can't believe it - I was actually allowed to RUN that train - I had my Ruby running around the track and was allowed to try out this train - I had no idea what I was running!!! I've got to tell you this is one Sweet train - very responsive to the remote control and absolutly beautiful looking. There was no sound (that I remember) but lots of steam out the stack. I sure wish I would have known what is was I was doing I would have paid more attention - All I knew I was doing was running a beautiful looking and running steam engine. Oh, to be able to go back into time and do it over again. Brad On Sat, 14 Aug 2004 [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > I was able to steal a few hours and go to the Garden Railway convention here > in Denver. Re: Accucraft's newest
Accucraft demo'ed their 0-6-0 at the National Summer Steamup in Sacramento a few weeks ago. Cliff said the price is likely $2000. The loco pulled 8-10 Accucraft reefers with ease around a 4 foot radius loop for what seemed to be a very long run. Cliff also indicated that a 1/32 boxcar was in the works = [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: I was able to steal a few hours and go to the Garden Railway convention here in Denver.
