Yes, if they show on the screen. Some CAD programs use color or code to
designate line weights for printing though, and I don't know how that
transfers through a DXF format. I can't remember how Turbocad is set up.

If you screen shows line weights, you should be able to copy the image
and paste special it as a picture in MS Word to get a bitmap that will
convert in Adobe Acrobat.
