Points raised:
It wasn't clear to all vendors not to publish public fixes prior to
the announcement.
It could be worthwhile to include the fixed version numbers for
vendors who fixed it privately, as well as those fixing it this time
around.

4) Any other business

Council elections are due soon, Peter to discuss with Alex.

I'm going to address the assorted comments, and then Council'll see
whether another Last Call is justified.
