I just realised while looking at this XEP that I didn’t increment the
namespace version.  But while the directory browsing part will stay the
same, a client implementing 0.3 will be unable to see files of a client
implementing 0.2, same for the other direction.

I don’t know any implementation of 0.2, so it might not be an issue at
all and we could continue to use :0 with JingleFT :4.  But if there is
any, I think the best solution would be to increment the namespace of
this extension.
