[Stripes-users] ActionBean initialization

Hi,

how would I initialize something in the ActionBean on app server startup. I need
to load an parse a configuration file and use it in all the upcoming action
calls. (same like HttpServlet.init() )

You could use a ServletContextListener and store your configuration in the
servlet context in contextInitialized(). Action beans can access the servlet
context via their action bean contexts.
