Commons Resources and Commons Validator

Hi

I look in the build.xml and found a lot of (required) jars. I have
some but do not have all the jars. Where can i find Commons Resources and
Commons Validator?

I tried to find the download page on commons home. I see
`validator-1.0.tar.gz' but where is the resources-1.0.tar.gz.
I also looked on GUMP, but no luck.
