Internationalisation doesn't/can't apply to the naming of classes.
We'd have to rewrite the whole framework for each language.

Ted raised the issue in regard to naming of the action forward, but also
addressed that point himself.

I agree with Martin that Parameter implies request parameter and I think
Config is overly general so I chose Mapping.
