Re: Visualage Java 3.5 with tomcat and struts
We had a similar problem. In our case it appears that the Digester was missing. Remove the IBM XML Parser for Java Project and replace it by a Xerces parser in a XML projext for instance. Go to http://xml.apache.org/ you'll find the XERCES parser jar.
