Two points to consider: 1. The WAS 4.0 admin tool is based on Struts 0.5, which is quite antiquated. That's not a hearty endorsement for Struts 1.0. 2. IBM is a *big* organization. The fact that the consulting group may be pushing something besides Struts while the WAS group is using Struts is not that odd. I don't know that either recommendation would be considered an endorsement of the whole company, but simply the current favorite of that group. I'm also curious to hear of other JADE experiences, since it seems to be cropping up in a number of companies all of a sudden.
