Where do I get hold of the messages tag? I've looked in my struts-html.tld file but it isn't there? Which version is it located in? I think you can use a factory for this. Have a look in ActionServlet.initApplication() for more detail... Well.. I think what I was looking for and what might help Brian is: This queues two error messages, one for the username field and another for the password field. It turned out that I was using an old version of struts that did not include the Messages tag in the struts-html.tld. I was able to pull the latest release down and that helped to get the messages piece working. Thanks for the help!
