As the error message points out, it's inside the Crimson parser, and it's
just a warning that the JIT cannot optimize this piece of Java bytecode
for some reason. It's been fixed in the 1.3.1 releases that I'm currently
using.

Nope. I am on WINNT sp 6. I was trying to get any of the Tomcat builds to
work with Struts. so far i have no success.
For any small changes i make to my action classes, i had to stop and start
weblogic 6 again, and it is slowing me down considerably..(i am using as
both a war file and as a stand-alone). Weblogic 6 has a ton of bugs where
hot-deploy is concerned so i had to start-stop weblogic which take s a
tremendous amount of time.

I was hoping to get Tomcat on my m/c so that testing would be a breeze (low
startup time). So far very limited success in actually getting a
struts application working on Tomcat (any version). Maybe somebody out there
can give me somepointers(like a to-do list on using Tomcat).

cheers,
Amar..
