RE: Test application.resources file

you could  have a message like 
'application.resources.changed=application resources
change 20 Nov 01 10:30'
& display it on some page - manually changing that
message when updating app resources(yuk!).
I have no time to do it but I'd like to create a file
object on the app resources file & call lastModified()
on it to display the real date it was changed.
